下面我們來拆解具體的四小問

第一個(gè)問題是 who he or he is, 這里可以直入主題，這個(gè)老人可以是你的家人、朋友（忘年交）、鄰居、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或者名人（比如鐘南山）等等。

這里要提醒的是，如果你用了名人的身份，那在后面的介紹中，一定不要寫的像百度百科，那樣是肯定拿不到高分的。

接下來，how you know the person, 要講怎么認(rèn)識這個(gè)人的，比如通過鄰居串門、工作、社區(qū)活動(dòng)、拜訪敬老院、看電視等等。

這里有個(gè)取巧的辦法，如果這個(gè)老人的身份是家人的話，這個(gè)小問可以不用回答啦，直接跳過就好。

第三問what he or she is like和第四問why you respect this person是前后呼應(yīng)的。

what he or she is like可以講一下這個(gè)人的身份、外貌（著裝特點(diǎn)）、性格（慈祥、溫和、威嚴(yán)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)龋┗蛘咛刭|(zhì)（實(shí)事求是、一絲不茍等）。

why you respect this person這點(diǎn)我們通過描述具體的某一個(gè)故事，這樣也更加容易突出細(xì)節(jié)。這個(gè)故事可以是親身經(jīng)歷的，也可以是你對這個(gè)人所了解的事跡。進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致你很尊敬這位老人。

We always say that families, especially parents are examples of their children, and both of my parents are my models, however, I believe their good quality is under my grandmothers influence to some extent.

Im pretty close with my grandmother, Qin. Shes such an amiable lady. I mean, chatting with her always makes me feel bathing in the spring breeze. So since I was a kid, I have been staying with her, asking her for life advice, listening to her stories and sharing my experience at school.

Qin was living in a big family before getting married with my grandfather. Because of which, she always stands on others side to consider issues. For example, I once had an argument with my parents about what to choose as my major, I was pretty upset and helpless, then I turned to Qin. Instead of giving me the proper guidance like my parents, she suggested me to think my ability and interest over before making the decision. She even shared her similar experience to comfort and inspire me. Actually there are countless examples that I got support from her.

In other words, instead of being superior to me as the elder family, she treats me like a friend and empowers me.

Honestly, she is like a lighthouse that brightens my life and deserves my huge respect.
