1) Well, it depends on what I am doing. I can easily concentrate when I am driving or doing sports, but it is difficult for me to focus on books and articles for a long period of time.

3) A lot of things can be disruptive such as phone apps or the noise around me. With the development of mobile technology, people are becoming more reachable but at the price of being harder to stay focused.

4) I need to be hundred percent focused when Im driving because it relates to not only my safety but also other drivers, passengers and pedestrians.
