Dear Emily,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to tell you that my family is leaving our community and we expect you to visit us in the near future.

We are moving because I have found a great job in my dreaming company. This firm is located 30 miles away from our area and it is really time-consuming to commute by train. So I have decided to rent a house next to the office for convenience.

I have a lot of fond memories of our neighborhood. I still remember the day we moved in, when you kindly helped us to set up the kitchen. Also, your homemade apple pie is my favorite local food! Thank you so much for having been a very friendly and thoughtful neighbor.

Anyway, I am going to throw a house warming party and welcome you to come. It will be on the 10th of August and start at 6 pm. My new address is listed below and I am looking forward to seeing you.
