助人為樂(lè)的好處

- A sense of joy and achievement 開(kāi)心/成就感

幫助別人可以讓自己開(kāi)心，因?yàn)槟憧吹搅藙e人的笑臉;幫助別人也可以給你帶來(lái)很大的成就感，因?yàn)槟愕囊粋€(gè)小小的舉動(dòng)會(huì)大大的影響別人的生活。

Example ：

She likes helping others because it brings her a great sense of joy and achievement. Unlike others who are reluctant to help people in need, she sees the value of doing so and often says doing small things can make a huge difference. It also cheers her up. She often receives thank-you notes and small gifts which always makes her day.

- Helping others is helping yourself 幫助別人就是幫助自己

孟子曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)：得道者多助，失道者寡助。 如果你喜歡幫助別人，當(dāng)你遇到困難時(shí)，你也會(huì)得到別人的幫助。除此之外，幫助別人也是提升個(gè)人技能、增加個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。比如，你去博物館做志愿者，你會(huì)為此獲取一大堆有關(guān)歷史的知識(shí);如果你去幫助有心理疾病的人，你就會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)抑郁癥治療的方式。

Example ：

The reason why he likes to help others is very simple. He thinks helping others is helping himself. He also believes helping others is a good way to enhance his personal skills and increase life experience. Last year, he joined the red cross to help people with hearing difficulties. He spent several months learning sign language. Even though the learning process was tough and challenging, he enjoyed it very much.

-Making more friends 交到更多朋友

一個(gè)樂(lè)于助人的人一定也是受歡迎的人。他們會(huì)有很多朋友，而這些朋友也可以緩解他們的孤獨(dú)。

Example ：

She likes helping others because its a good way to make lots of new friends. Actually, she is an introverted person who is always shy in front of others, so she has no idea how to make friends. However, she likes giving others a hand when they are in need. Because of this, she now has lots of friends.

受他人影響

很多人喜歡幫助別人是受到了別人的影響。這個(gè)別人可能是身邊人，比如：爺爺奶奶、爸爸媽媽、哥哥姐姐，也有可能是聽(tīng)說(shuō)的人，比如：明星或者出現(xiàn)在新聞里的人。最終，我們會(huì)因?yàn)樯磉吶说男袨槎δ咳?我們會(huì)因?yàn)槌绨荻鴮W(xué)習(xí)他們的行為。除此之外，我們也會(huì)因?yàn)槲覀冊(cè)?jīng)受到過(guò)別人的幫助而開(kāi)始幫助別人。

Example one：

Greatly influenced by her grandpa, she also likes to help others. She was brought up by her grandpa. Everyday she saw her grandpa helping others from trivial things to big issues and her grandpa always told her the importance of helping others. Because of this, she is also very kind-hearted. Whenever anyone needs help, she is there.

Example two：

She likes to help others because it is an opportunity to give back. When she was young, her family was poor and couldnt afford to send her to school. Fortunately, a famous businessman offered to fund all of her education. She never got the chance to meet the businessman, but he changed her life and she wants to help as many people as she can.

感同身受

責(zé)任/義務(wù)

其實(shí)還有一群人他們會(huì)想要幫助別人是因?yàn)樨?zé)任和義務(wù)，比如冠狀病毒暴發(fā)期的醫(yī)生護(hù)士們。除了他們真的是一群心地非常善良的人以外，他們想要幫助別人也是因?yàn)樗麄兪屈h員。作為黨員，他們需要在危難關(guān)頭挺身而出。
