①＂ living in such a circumstance現(xiàn)在分詞作定語，拿分點!

②＂ are prone to后可跟名詞構成＂ be prone to sth＂，也可跟動詞不定式構成be prone to do sth.＂，意為:易于遭受，有做壞事的傾向。

注意:此句型只用于不好的方面，好的方面可以選擇用 be likely to do sth.;

②這里 measurement用詞不當， measurement＂為不可數(shù)名詞，是測量的意思；而這里很明顯要表達措施，方法的意思，所以要用 measure＂，而 measure的搭配為: measure to do sth.。
