然后來看解決辦法，可以從三方面入手。

In modern society, it has become increasingly challenging for city dwellers to get sufficient physical training. There are a number of causes for this issue, and several measures can be taken to alleviate the situation.

There are two main reasons why citizens have difficulty taking enough exercise. Firstly, the space for exercising in the metropolitan area is limited. This is because urban overpopulation has resulted in the conversion of natural land into skyscrapers and commercial residential buildings, which has led to a reduction in the availability of public fitness facilities. Secondly, there is greater pressure on young adults than ever before in the workplace as employees have to work an excessively long time to receive favorable results and promotion in today’s competitive job market. Therefore, driven by such overworking culture, they are unable to set aside time to do regular physical exercise.

In spite of the undesirable status quo, there are still some measures that the government could take to help advocate physical exercise among urbanites. On the one hand, local authorities are supposed to provide more accessible athletic fields and facilities that allow citizens to do workouts every now and then. On the other hand, promoting a healthy lifestyle with sufficient physical activity is of equal importance. Encouraged by a positive social surrounding, people living in cities are more likely to be aware of the significance of physical well-being, which propels them to strive for a work-life balance and engage in physical activity.

To sum up, physical inactivity of urbanites can be attributed to the insufficiency of public sports stadiums in cities and the heavy workload. Governments can contribute to the solution of this issue by building accessible facilities and promoting healthier lifestyles.
