I need this jacket immediately because I was temporarily arranged to attend a meeting which was held in a northern city where the temperature is much lower than Guangzhou. I chose to shop from your online store because I needed to prepare some documents and did not have time for going to the mall. More importantly, your company is famous for the fast logistics.

However, I am so disappointed with your service and I had to buy another thick coat at a higher price at the airport. I hope you could explain this in detail and apologise to me. Moreover, since I am still on my business trip, you need to retrieve your package on your own.
