The initial 3 steps involve the collection of rain water. As the roof is designed to be pitched, the rainfall will flow down the roof to the drain when it is raining. Once collected, the steam is piped through the water filter which removes the dirt in the liquid, before being stored in the storage tank.

The subsequent 2 stages are related to water cleanse, which mainly involves chemical purification means.
