Well, first cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in a pan of boiling water. Slice the onion into thin pieces and saute with the chopped garlic in olive oil. When the potatoes are parboiled, drain them and add them to the onions and garlic in the pan.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and mixed herbs over them. Second, when the potatoes are soft, stir in the curry power and sugar. Drain the chickpeas, and add them to the pan. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the pan, too. Finally, add the coconut milk. Leave to simmer for around 10 minutes.
第一步，把土豆切成小塊，放入一鍋開水中。洋蔥切成薄片，與蒜末一起用橄欖油快炒。當土豆煮到半熟的程度時，撈出來瀝干，加入到鍋中的洋蔥和蒜末里。撒入少量的鹽、胡椒粉，再混入一些香料。第二步，等到土豆軟了，放入咖喱粉和糖。瀝干鷹嘴豆，把它們放入鍋中，再擠一些檸檬汁到鍋里。后，加入椰奶，再燉大概10分鐘。
When it' s ready, add a generous pinch of chopped coriander and serve over white rice.
菜好了之后，多放些切碎的香菜末在白米飯上。
