其一是心理因素，就是怕出錯(cuò)。

常見的癥狀就是一句話出口前，先想好中文，再在心里把它譯成英語，然后再出口。這樣在表達(dá)方面自然大打折扣。

其實(shí)第一階段是很輕松，考官會理解你緊張的心情，同時(shí)雅思口試的問題是由易到難，循序漸進(jìn)的，因此考生很容易進(jìn)入狀態(tài)。

很多學(xué)生考后的經(jīng)驗(yàn)都是第一階段一點(diǎn)都不緊張。最重要的是練習(xí)好心態(tài)的調(diào)整，在考試開始時(shí)的幾分鐘完全放松。

語氣詞并不會表達(dá)特定的意思，沒有給考官提供內(nèi)容或者信息，但是他們可以為你爭取更多的時(shí)間，讓你有時(shí)間去想下面要說的話。母語國家的人在表達(dá)時(shí)會使用很多語氣詞。同樣，我們在表達(dá)時(shí)也會使用漢語中的語氣詞，有時(shí)你可能并未注意到。這會給我們更多的思考時(shí)間，在雅思口語考試中尤為重要。但是同學(xué)們必須很自然地使用這些語氣詞，而不是像個(gè)機(jī)器人一樣僵硬。

此外，你也需要使用連接詞，這點(diǎn)也非常重要。這些詞幫助我們把不同的想法連接起來，例如：because, so that, also, in addition, plus, as well, too。嘗試使用語氣詞和連接詞讓考官對你刮目相看，從而考到一個(gè)高分。與此同時(shí)，你也需要改寫考官在part2,3提的問題。意思就是說需要把考官提問的問題重新?lián)Q個(gè)說法也表達(dá)，從而讓考官明白你理解他/她的提問和展示你的詞匯的廣度。

比如，當(dāng)考官問你：“Do you have any brothers and sisters?”, 你可以說：“Yes, I have got 3 siblings”. Siblings就是兄弟姐妹的意思，這是對brothers和sisters的另一種說法。

另外一個(gè)例子，比如她很困惑，她不理解這個(gè)問題。如果你確實(shí)不理解考官提問的問題，問考官，讓他/她給你解釋這個(gè)問題。一些學(xué)生可能不會這么去做，因?yàn)樗麄冇X得如果他們讓考官解釋問題，這會讓他們看起來比較糟。但其實(shí)這是一種好的做法，因?yàn)檫@給了你使用語言的機(jī)會，詢問考官再次澄清問題。所以我們可以這樣說：“I’m sorry, I don’t quite understanding the question.”這可以幫你使用不同的語言。如果對于問題不確定，也可以說：“What do you mean by…”。考官就會認(rèn)為，考生知道如何詢問讓別人澄清問題。Part1注意要拓展自己的回答，不要只說 “yes”或者”no”, 回答要稍微長一點(diǎn)。

比如，考官可能問：“Are you studying at university at the moment?”，不要只說 “yes”. 你應(yīng)該說像：“Yes, I’m studying economics at Beijing University. I’ve been there for just over a year”. Part2要記得記筆記。使用準(zhǔn)備的1分鐘時(shí)間來寫下回答要點(diǎn)。Part3一定要認(rèn)真聽考官的提問。因?yàn)閜art3可能會讓你預(yù)測或者假設(shè)某件事。

比如，考官可能會問：“How might education change in the future?”，在這里考官用了might和in the future這樣的詞匯，所以你知道這是在推測，所以你可能也需要再次使用might這樣的詞匯，你可以說：“I think children might use more mobile devices in the future.”這樣考官就會明白，你完全聽懂了問題。
