1.How important are clothes and fashion to you?

I’m not that much worried about clothing or fashion. I believe that clothing gives a decent looks and make people presentable before all. So, regarding attires I actually prefer less gorgeous clothes but it should not be interpreted like the way that I should be too shabby to feel shy meeting people with the attires. Comfort is my first priority while choosing my costume.

2.How different are the clothes you wear now from those you wore 10 years ago?

Well, there are not too many differences. People now prefer shorter clothes while the length was a bit more 10 years ago. The fashion has also been influenced with the western themes which was absent in that past. For me, I used to wear casual dresses mostly- a pair of jeans, a pair shoes and T-shirts were my most common dresses but these days I prefer to wear more formal dresses.

3.What do you think the clothes we wear say about us?

Yes, clothes say a lot about us. When we are in worn out attires, usually people won’t look at us or pay the right attention, while they will adore us unexpectedly when we are in a stunning suit. So, I firmly believe that clothes say many things in our favor. The type of dresses someone wears gives hints about his social, economical, and job status. The colour preferences and style in dresses also reflects someone’s lifestyle and personality.

4.What kind of clothes do you dislike? Why?

I dislike clothes which are too stunning and made with the use of eye-irritating colors. I like simple but attractive clothes which will make me look good and nice. I believe the colorful clothes do not make me look nice rather makes me looking strange. Besides, I dislike unfit clothes as well.

4. I feel that my clothes and fashion play largely into who I am as a person. They allow me to express myself and my mood with out saying anything. My sense of style allows me to make a statement, and when I'm wearing an outfit that I feel extra confident in - it just boosts my self esteem. Fashion is a passion of mine, and I truely feel it is a complex art form - and for this reason I have a great respect for it. I believe that the way you look on the exterior largely impacts the way people view you on the interior. Brief introduction

I’m not really that into clothes. I do try and look fairly smart but I’m not that bothered by my personal appearance and the clothes I’m wearing. But I will tell about my favourite article of clothing – my leather jacket. That is by some distance my favourite piece of clothing.

What it is and looks like

It’s a fairly normal or regular leather jacket. The one unusual feature I suppose is that it has white stripes down the sleeves. It’s also quite well-worn by now because I’ve had it some time and I tend to wear throughout the winter months. In fact it’s got quite a few little tears where it’s caught on sharp objects. I still love it though and I don’t mind at all that it looks rather second-hand.

When I bought it

I bought it at least 5 years ago now. It came from one of those big department stores and not a specialist leather shop. My old coat was very shabby and I was told by my girlfriend that I definitely needed to buy another one – I think she was embarrassed to be seen with me.

Where I bought it

So I went out by myself. I think it must have been sometime in January when the New Year sales were on. My girlfriend wanted to come with me and help me choose something smart but I said I would do it by myself. We shop in very different ways. She always wants to try everything on and can spend hours buying nothing. My approach is quite different. If I see something that I like and it fits I buy it. She might be two hours in a shop while I normally only take 15 minutes.

Why I bought it

Anyway I saw this jacket and I thought that it looked really cool. I had always secretly wanted a leather jacket and because the sales were on and it was reduced by 50% I just bought it. My girlfriend was really shocked when she saw what I had bought.

Why I like it

I like it because it’s different – it;’s just not like any other clothes I have in my wardrobe.

But I did not understand that this would be a nice piece of a suit. In fact, it was out of my idea that he would bring the suit for me. I did not know how he got the measurement of my body as the suit took me in perfectly.

My father is an interesting man. He loves to surprise people. But most of the time, the people – whom he is trying to surprise, get ideas about the surprise. So, he is unable to surprise them in most of the cases. But in this case, I was really surprised and my dad was happy to complete his mission. He gave me the costume and it cost him a lot, I know.

Of course, it was an extraordinary gift to me. It was from my father whom I adore the most in my life. Besides, it was my birthday gift from him. So, definitely, this was an important gift for me. Moreover, the suit was made of the colour I really like. It was dark blue and sewed from a renowned and specialized tailor of the city. I have been using the suit to attend formal occasions and take the right care of it.
