口語(yǔ)第三題,是公告、討論題,也叫報(bào)告題。

它包含三個(gè)步驟:首先是閱讀電腦屏幕上的一個(gè)小段落,長(zhǎng)度為75-100詞,時(shí)間為45-50秒鐘;然后是聽(tīng)兩個(gè)人(有時(shí)是一個(gè)人)討論閱讀中涉及的話題,其中一人對(duì)閱讀中的話題表達(dá)了強(qiáng)烈的看法。

根據(jù)閱讀與聽(tīng)力部分回答問(wèn)題,陳述對(duì)話中一個(gè)人的意見(jiàn),并闡述這個(gè)人持這一意見(jiàn)的理由。回答準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間為30秒,正式回答為60秒。閱讀段落與聽(tīng)聽(tīng)力必須做筆記。

話題涉及的事情發(fā)生于校園,但通常不在教室。主要為大學(xué)政策,規(guī)章制度或程序,大學(xué)規(guī)劃,校園設(shè)施與校園生活狀況。

閱讀段落給聽(tīng)力部分提供背景,通常是一封信,一個(gè)公告或一篇文章。從內(nèi)容上看,閱讀段落通常包含一個(gè)建議以及支持或反對(duì)該建議的兩個(gè)理由。把握好閱讀,聽(tīng)力會(huì)輕松很多。

聽(tīng)力部分一般涉及兩個(gè)人,偶爾也以獨(dú)白的方式出現(xiàn)。這個(gè)人要么支持建議,要么反對(duì)建議。這個(gè)人的態(tài)度,一般可以從他(她)的語(yǔ)調(diào),強(qiáng)調(diào)或詞匯選擇做出判斷。

閱讀的具體操作原則

1 標(biāo)題超過(guò)三個(gè)單詞就有必要記下來(lái)

比如,TPO 3中標(biāo)題為Hot Breakfast Eliminated, 這個(gè)標(biāo)題基本說(shuō)明了要找的改變是什么。

2 找一般將來(lái)時(shí)態(tài)

如同樣是這篇閱讀中的第二句“Instead, studentswill be offered a wide assortment of cold breakfast items in the morning.” 這句話很好地將具體的改變描述地更清楚了。

3記住轉(zhuǎn)折詞后面的句子

若在閱讀中出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)折詞,如:but, however, on the contrary, instead, whereas,需要記住轉(zhuǎn)折詞之后的句子。

4出現(xiàn)“reason”,可以忽略后面的內(nèi)容

這里的忽略指的是記筆記時(shí)間有限,所以可以不記書(shū)面的內(nèi)容,但同學(xué)們還是要對(duì)提出改變的理由有個(gè)印象,因?yàn)橹蟮膶?duì)話內(nèi)容會(huì)圍繞這個(gè)展開(kāi)。比如這篇練習(xí)中提到,冷的早餐healthier & save money, 而之后的聽(tīng)力也討論了這兩個(gè)理由是否有理。

托??谡Z(yǔ)第三題Task3,這部分的考試是基于閱讀和聽(tīng)力的基礎(chǔ)。

具體介紹如下:

形式:閱讀+聽(tīng)力+應(yīng)答

閱讀時(shí)間: 40秒至45秒

內(nèi)容:校園生活話題(75至100words)(大學(xué)的政策,規(guī)定或者辦事程序,大學(xué)的計(jì)劃,校園設(shè)施或校園內(nèi)生活質(zhì)量)

聽(tīng)力時(shí)間:60s至80s

內(nèi)容:話題同閱讀,說(shuō)話者會(huì)針對(duì)相關(guān)話題持鮮明觀點(diǎn),觀點(diǎn)分支持反對(duì)兩種作答。依據(jù)閱讀和聽(tīng)力材料說(shuō)明學(xué)生的觀點(diǎn)和學(xué)生所給出的理由,考生不需要說(shuō)明自己的觀點(diǎn)!?考察的關(guān)系考生閱讀和聽(tīng)力的綜合信息的能力,聽(tīng)力必然和閱讀相關(guān);答題必須與聽(tīng)力相關(guān),必須清楚聽(tīng)力和閱讀之間的關(guān)系?。準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間:30s;陳述時(shí)間:60s

備考TIPS:

1、 閱讀的時(shí)候要注意記錄主題和支撐的觀點(diǎn)

2、 聽(tīng)力的部分主要記清楚主要人物的觀點(diǎn),以及他支持或反對(duì)的理由

3、 結(jié)構(gòu)一定要清楚,要用計(jì)時(shí)軟件,多鍛煉幾次才能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)把要點(diǎn)說(shuō)全說(shuō)清楚。

選擇方案型:聽(tīng)選擇的原因。

提出建議型:聽(tīng)建議的利弊。

2.On the other hand, the man/man also talks about the negative aspect of this question. He/she points out that……。

The university plans to eliminate the bus service because it is too expensive to run and too few students use it. (一句話概括閱讀材料的內(nèi)容)The man disagrees with the university plan. (談話人態(tài)度)He believes the reason few students take the bus is that the route goes to neighborhoods where students do not live. If the routes were changed,many more students would ride the bus. (兩句話講談話人的第一個(gè)觀點(diǎn):校車(chē)路線。注意改路線的建議是采用虛擬語(yǔ)氣來(lái)表述的)The man disagrees with the way the university plans to use the money it saves on the bus service. Building more parking lots on campus will encourage more students to drive on campus. The man in the scene said he wanted to keep the bus service for the better being of students on campus, because there is some students who can not afford the car, therefore they use the free bus service even though it isn’t that much. The problem with bus service right now is going through wrong neighbour where it is too expensive for students to live, so what they should do is just change the course of bus. And that will take of the problem. Also, they should encourage more students to use the bus service instead of discourage them. Or () if they us the money that they use for bus service to increase the space of the parking lot for the students, which will add to the noise of the campus and will be more congested for all the people who already parking over there.
