教育孩子學(xué)會(huì)合作最好的的方式是讓他們?cè)趯W(xué)校參加團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。你同意還是不同意?
思路解析
這是一道觀點(diǎn)類(lèi)的大作文,首先審題時(shí)找到絕對(duì)詞“the best way”,題目但凡有絕對(duì)詞持反對(duì)會(huì)更好寫(xiě)。這道題上我們只需要論證在達(dá)成“培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作”這個(gè)目的時(shí)有更好的辦法,即可說(shuō)明“團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)”不是最好的辦法。

但是,團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)有兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。
一是有些學(xué)生不可避免的在團(tuán)隊(duì)中想表現(xiàn)得更加出類(lèi)拔萃,或者家長(zhǎng)等外部環(huán)境也會(huì)鼓勵(lì)孩子做的比團(tuán)隊(duì)中其他人做得更好。為了表現(xiàn)得更好,學(xué)生就會(huì)去做應(yīng)該其他成員負(fù)責(zé)的事情,或者搶奪其他成員的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)表現(xiàn)自己。這就導(dǎo)致了學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而不是合作。
二是有些學(xué)生可能因?yàn)橄忍旒膊』蛘咂渌?,無(wú)法參加運(yùn)動(dòng),你如果強(qiáng)行讓對(duì)方參與運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)他毫無(wú)好處,反而可能造成危險(xiǎn)。所以對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō),團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)不是培養(yǎng)合作的有效方法。
那么,除了團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。想要培養(yǎng)合作還可以通過(guò)什么辦法?一是可以在學(xué)校布置小組作業(yè),讓學(xué)生共同完成某個(gè)項(xiàng)目或者任務(wù),在這個(gè)過(guò)程培養(yǎng)合作意識(shí),而且這點(diǎn)從過(guò)程到結(jié)果,和團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)是一樣的。二是可以日常學(xué)習(xí)生活中營(yíng)造合作的環(huán)境,一旦孩子產(chǎn)生了合作的行為,即加以贊美和鼓勵(lì),以此來(lái)激發(fā)孩子合作的積極性。

Nowadays,children’s participation in sports at school is widely advocated and encouraged,as it is considered the most effective way for children to learn cooperation at an early age.However,I would argue that the value of sports activity in terms of facilitating collaboration is overestimated,and the adverse outcome may well appear.
It is recognized that children are naturally inclined to compete,and games are usually made to include a competitive factor.Sports,obviously and unfortunately,are competitive by nature:only one win and the rest lose.It adds to children’s stress by pressuring them to be outstanding within the team and win over the other side and undermines the accessibility of cooperative thoughts and behaviours.Especially in the current social context,winning has been widely accepted and allowed to become a prominent part of the mainstream.As is often the case in sports,parents or coaches or even the audience on the sidelines cannot help shouting to urge children to win and compete rather than cooperate.
Therefore,simply counting on sports to cultivate a sense of cooperation and collaboration seems to be far from satisfactory.Instead,more attention needs to be drawn to create an environment that inspires collaboration and a joyful experience.Children learn character mainly through imitation.They listen,observe and learn skills by watching the words and behaviours of parents,teachers and peers.Family and school projects could be devised to include everyone and make everyone feel needed.Parents and teachers could guide the children to recognize that everyone has something valuable to offer in a group,and show appreciation for their contributions.By deliberately practicing these skills and recreating such an atmosphere,we manage to teach children behaviours that will ultimately benefit themselves.
In conclusion,sports activities can be a platform for a negative type of competitiveness and sometimes exacerbate it.It is more effective to turn every day into boundless opportunities to emphasize the importance of cooperation and fuel children to exercise and practice the art of cooperation.
