I am going to tell you about an experience where I taught my nephew a game.It was on a Sunday several weeks ago when my family members got together to celebrate the 80th birthday of my grandpa.There were a lot of relatives at the party.Some of them I rarely met,including my 8-year-old nephew.After dinner at the restaurant,we headed to my grandparents’house to chat about what had happened recently.

我要告訴你的經歷是我教會我的侄子玩某個游戲。那是幾周前的一個周日。我家人聚在一起慶祝我爺爺的80歲生日。聚會上有許多的親戚。其中有一些我沒見過幾次，包括我八歲的侄子。在餐廳吃過飯之后，我們前往爺爺奶奶家聊聊最近發(fā)生的事情。

As my nephew did not understand what we were talking about,nor could he get involved,he soon got bored and started crying,wanting to go home.His tears kept running out,and his face was covered with snot,which was very disturbing.Finally,my parents could not stand it,and I was dispatched to pacify him.

由于我侄子不明白我們在說什么，也無法參與，他很快變得無聊起來，開始哭鬧，想要回家。他的眼淚不停的流，臉上滿是鼻涕，非常煩人。最終，我父母無法忍受，派我過去安慰它。

Then I decided to teach him hopscotch,my favorite game,when I was a kid.It is a popular playground game in which the player toss a small object into numbered triangles or a pattern of rectangles outlined on the ground and hop or jump through the spaces to retrieve the object.It can be played alone or with several players.

那時，我決定教他一個我小時候最喜歡的，叫做跳房子的游戲。它是一個非常受歡迎的操場游戲。玩家將一個小東西扔到地面上畫著的，標有數字的三角形或者矩形框中，然后跳過中間的部分，拿回物品。它既可以一個人玩，也可以和好幾個人一起玩。

He was a quick learner.Within 10 minutes,he mastered the rules and could smoothly play without instruction.I believed his success could also be partly attributed to my good teaching and therefore was a little proud.We played it for the whole afternoon,and both enjoyed it.

他學的很快。不到10分鐘，他已經掌握了規(guī)則，可以在沒有指導的情況下玩耍。我相信他的成功也可以部分歸功于我良好的教導，并因此有點驕傲。我們一下午都在玩這個，十分享受。
